Ok , just made 2 posts here about my Bubble Gum mini game.. Just logged into game & now the Bubble Gum game is gone.!!

It said there was 18-19 days left to play.. ugh.! I'm so frustrated right now. Please help.. I want help from a Real person who works for This game Bc apparently I'm having Technical problems.. Thanks so much..

When you reconnected back with Facebook/King.Com on Candy Crush Soda Saga, unfortunately new event/challenge has disappeared. Why? 😢

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the Bubble Gum Troll event in your game!

I have looked at your other questions too, and you were complaining that none of the other players were playing the event and helping to increase the points! I am sorry to hear that too!

We do not know where our team-mates are located! May be they are living on the other side of the world and the time you are playing might be night time for them! We cannot be sure about any of those things! Please give it some time and see if it stays the same.

Now, with regards to the event completely disappearing -- did you try to reboot your device? If not, try this step ---> Force close the App -- Disconnect from Internet -- Restart your device after shutting it down for 3 to 5 minutes -- now, connect to the Internet and log back into the game -- check if the event is back.

You would be 2nd person that is complaining about missing event. I have already escalated this issue to our Candy Friends Community Manager. Once, I know anything about this issue, I will get back to update you. And no need to worry, you will get the event back 👍️
