If you want more lives, you must add other players who play the same game that you play, so you have to clarify what game you are playing in order to direct you to other players who have the same game. You can also add them through Facebook or through your ID number which you find above the avatar frame in Your game so that you can cooperate with you by sending lives

If you are playing any King's game (s) with connecting to your Facebook account, you can try searching which King's Game Group (s) and adding more friends on any King's game (s) that you will see more friends added and you can send/receive more lives by your friends. 😊
If you are playing any King's game (s) with connecting to your Kingdom account, your players (also friends) will be added automatically by the system on any King's game (s) that you will see more friends and players added and you can send/receive more lives by your friends and players. 😊
