please make sure your Facebook app is up to date and make sure your game is up to date with updates. Then go and clear all your cookies and cache for you browser. Then you’ll need to log out of your game and restart your device then log back in to the game and Facebook. If that doesn’t help please follow the link that @Diamond Lim posted above to find more solutions to the problem. 👍🤗

Hi @Nikkijane1 Unfortunately we are having a ongoing issue with Facebook regarding this There is a problem within there platform our team Is pressuring them to get this fixed as soon as possible. Once we get clarification that they have fixed this issue we will make an announcement.
