In BWS2 al my messages are gone and don’t get new messages!

I don't know how these things work but I can now report that I have all the features back that had been missing, that is, challenges, friends/messages with accompanying lives (50+) and finally, some new levels to play. I am now a happy bunny! Still waiting for an update to the app but that is no longer important (in fact feeling a bit nervous to apply any updates in case that is causing the problems). I have been logging out and restarting my device periodically but the returning features did not follow these actions straight away so I am still doubtful of the efficacy of performing logout/restart on a regular basis, but as PrettyBubbles says "It won't do any harm" so will continue to do this.

Yes periodically logging out of the game and turning your device off and on will definitely do no harm and at times can reset blips and even load features all though it isn't the case everytime you do it its worth keeping on with it as that one time could be just the right moment
I myself do this often and has at times proved beneficial

Hi @woosh is it BWS2 you are playing if so the reason you keep getting these repeated issues is because you are still playing it via Facebook.
Facebook no longer supports BW2 and no updates or new events or challenges will be available.
You will need to play on your mobile only via king 👍🙂

Hi @PrettyBubbles, I have known the issue with FB, but yet, know so many people who still play that way and have had no problems. If I play thru King, will it take me back to my previous level, give me all my boosters, etc, or will I lose everything again? Could you please send the info as to how I transfer if I decide to do it. Thanks!

@Lola_Pop,yes, I have that version, my phone automatically updates, which it did 6/7 days ago and that’s when I lost everything! I’m now back to level 1. I’ve tried all the tricks, but nothing helps. Like everyone, when there’s an update, we’re doomed. Please help!! Thanks!

Hi @Tweetybell86 no I havnt had this query raised but its definitely a connection blip as with me I log out and turn my device off and on each day and sometimes when I log back in I don't see the daily reward chest as if this is not the first thing you see then it's a connection issue so I just log out of my game and turn my device off and on sometimes it takes a couple of times of doing this before my daily award chest appears.
It doesn't worry me if it goes back to day one as it effects nothing in youre game and the rewards are no different no matter what date you are on for example you won't be getting anything better the higher the day. 👍🙂
