@muddy Hi and welcome, you are in the candy crush saga area but dont worry it will get moved to the correct area
Currently there is an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated, but unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix at present

Hi @muddy Unfortunately we are experiencing ongoing issues with BW2 The recent feedback from the studio is telling us that the fix is more complex than they thought and therefore cannot give us a target date right now. We are very sorry but until there is a fix there is nothing we can do 😌

When you say reset, you mean like reset it to level 1?
If so do you have a backup on your device?
If so please save any new information, close all windows and restore your back up and your messages should come back.
Let me know if this works, if not I have a couple of other things you can try.😺😺

Unfortunately as BW2 is now only playable on a mobile device you can no longer play through Facebook tadd your personal friends

Unfortunately the trouble shooting advice will not work with your issue.
Our studio is aware of some issues we have at the moment and are working on a fix.
Separate to that have you changed to mobile as BW2 can now only be played effectively on a mobile and is no longer supported by Facebook. You will get only get updates this way.
Your issue will be because one of my explanations.
