And yes if ever you have to perform a task and you drop back levels as long as your game is saved as soon as you play 1 level and close your game and device you will always get your levels back

@Carms21, regarding your post, did you play on FB and now play on King? I’m thinking of doing it myself, but I’m concerned if I sync my progress, I’ll lose everything and be back at level one. When this glitch happened, I lost my lives & boosters and I sure don’t want that to happen again. Please let me know if you had good luck. Thanks Much!!!

@woosh yes I played on FB for a long time but then i deactivated my account so just played on my king account. I synced it prior to deactivating and it was fine, I didn't lose anything. I would be wary of doing it at the moment though untill this glitch is sorted out. Hope that helps answer your question. Good luck 😊

So I have played on my iPad and iPhone for a long time and don’t receive messages anymore..How do I fix this?~I have an iPad 6 and iPhone 11 ...I am seeing on this thread that you can sign into king and continue from the level I am at or do I start from level 1 again ?

I originally emailed bc I was the one who was not signed on with Facebook but King.com and one day my very very large “non-friends” friends list disappeared and was replaced with about 6 FB friends and a few non FB friends. Also I had 50 +++++++++++ extra lives which also disappeared. So now I am stuck playing my 5 original lives and waiting a month of Sunday’s for them to regenerate. No fun at all. At all! Your reply to me was to have patience you’re working on the problem. Well that’s been some time ago and to be honest I’m almost tired of waiting. I use to love this game! I was hooked! But now I almost dread playing bc I know it won’t last long. Now I see there’s many many players out there with the same or similar situation as mine. There’s got to be something you can do now before you lose a lot of dedicated players. Give us a 100+ extra lives to work with while you figure it out. Or add 50+ “friends” to our friends list to hold us over! Do something now to at least show your good faith. You want us to be patient but how much patience do you expect us to have. It’s unfair to ask us to have unlimited patience when this could take weeks, months or more to fix. Do something now to help us out while we wait on the developers to fix a problem that should never have happened this long after the game was introduced to the public. Thank you for listening and possibly hearing (and doing). I look forward to hearing from you.
