Thanks @Elsa. Your comments have made me a little smarter again. @Spinnifix had already told me a few things that you confirmed again. Thank you for working so hard for the community, including the other superstars.
I also (I think in the last discussion it was published) immediately put a link to the master list of ideas so That I could do it right away. I am often tagged when someone wants an opinion on an idea. I often knew the idea already existed. However, I do not see many things in your list until now. Thank you again.

I've read everything and I don't know where or who to start with.
What @Spinnifix means is that often some (usually @Diamond Lim ) tag players without thinking, without checking. I have seen opinions of all colors, but personally I find it "annoying" when this is done in duplicate ideas. The reason it bothers me is because I think Lim is an important piece of the community, right? She is always there, everywhere, for everyone. So why do simple players know that an idea is duplicated and she does not? She should know better than anyone. Or at least you should check before tagging. It's not that serious after all, the tagged players go there and take the trouble to vote, or not, then it closes and nothing happens 🤷
But what happens. It happens that these small actions make the difference between absolute chaos or an orderly, understandable, coherent place.
At the beginning of being here, I put a lot of effort to review the ideas and wasted time looking for the links when I saw a duplicate, while other players post and post without bothering to read anything; There it clearly says "read before publishing" but I see that some do not see the meaning or care. So I decided to dedicate my time to other things, to help the community in other ways, because if someone doesn't want to bother doing things right by reading before posting, why am I going to bother looking for a link? As @Timhung said, self-discipline is basic. Self-discipline in life, self-discipline for everything. But no, there isn't.
@ElenaVorona , of course no one can force anything, it is everyone who must force himself to be logical, to be a person, to have discipline, and of course it is not impossible to read everything. Contrary to what you think, we are many people who take an interest in what we do and read everything. Not just in the community, but in general.
@Elsa do not feel sad, these types of conversations are necessary to improve, to see many things, to learn even more. There is no reason to be sad, look on the good side, this conversation shows great work on the part of some and the total neglect and laziness of others, so we learn from everyone. You just have to watch. That conditions our attitude in the future
I don't think I forget to say anything, if so, I'll be back

Thanks. You got it. My translation can't be that bad. I try really hard in everything that happens here, unfortunately I always get it back differently. Why don't I know !!!
In Soda, the CM wanted to restructure the ideas area. I opened a chat. We discussed it, but without the CM and he never answered, so I closed the chat for myself. I have always said that the areas of ideas are important to me and have been committed to them from the start. I gave a lot of ideas. Only has to be set if it is possible. That's why I wanted to make myself responsible for being able to edit them. After that, I've been begging for a long time. Whether I will be allowed to do it is written in the stars. I would be very happy if I can do it !!

It seems that I was not understood here.
1. I really appreciate the work of every expert in the community.
2. My posts related to the idea - The person who signs up should read a lot of tips and warnings. And in an ideal situation, understand what he can do in the community and what he shouldn't.
3. @hechicerilla you took my posts as my attitude towards the community.
But this is not the case.
I was considering a hypothetical situation.
Wrote "If I register in the community ..."
But I am already registered here. Again, I was talking about an average person who wants to register in our community according to the rules, where you will need to read a lot, a lot of text.
Sites that can receive statistics on reading the rules of the site know that from the moment you open the "Site Terms of Use" and until you click the "Agree" button, most often 2-3 seconds pass.
Most people don't read the texts of contracts. They don't care what is written there.
And the work of the people who will write these wonderful rules and this useful information, 99% of the registering people will not say Thank you. They just won't notice this information!
I wrote about this. And so I said that the idea of such extensive registration conditions so that people understand is just a utopia. Wasted labor.

Gday Everyone
Thankyou all for your input and ideas. This is exactly what King encourages. People from all areas coming together to collaborate and have open discussions. This has to happen next after an idea is generated! Without these discussions, ideas can't be "fine tuned", to put forward an actual plan. Most of the time a team will have quite a few of these discussions together, then go back to their respective sections to discuss it (more fine tuning) and then come back together as group to present their final ideas and go forward from there. Best practise.
Well done everyone!! @hechicerilla You articulate the summary very well and would be great as a spokesperson! Indicating features that may confuse or frustrate players in a programme is usually the issue and not always directly related to the participant, whether management or member. Some I've seen say they cant be forced to read or can't be bothered to when initially starting in the guides and rules. That's their right, however, just a thought, It depends on how you want your character and reputation to be perceived. If you dont care that's fine but If that's the case you won't be sought out for help.
I, myself, am used to interacting with people who are mature, respectful, thoughtful of others, creative and willing to communicate with an open-mind whilst still having fun and not taking themselves too seriously. Nor do they insist on their own way, undermine things that don't suit themselves personally and always have the projects interests at heart not their own. So I welcome these people with open arms for discussions.

Oh darling, of course I understood you. Maybe I didn't explain myself well. I did not take your posts as an attitude of yours. I was talking in general, I was talking about that hypothetical player who registers without reading, who publishes without having read, that player who doesn't bother to look at anything. I was referring to the fact that reading people's publications you see many things, I was not referring to anyone in particular, but to the functioning in general.
Although it is true that we have different opinions, since for me it is not a wasted job or nympho utopia. It's a job well done and like you said, you can't force anyone to read. It is up to each person who wants to continue with a job well done or wants to throw it to the ground.
I hope it is understood.

G'Day everyone,
Getting away from conversations about management and back onto the original topic for this discussion.
The way The Community functions in the Tech area of the platform, it's functionality, effectiveness and "user friendliness" experiences when navigating and generally just doing member participation.
There have been many little things brought to attention, that when put together, indicate some much needed revision. This platform was the result of that very thing when changing from the "old King Care" platform, as people have said. So that's great and keeping up with the needs of the community.
I don't think the kingsters will never do that again. They are creative and innovative and will, once they get constructive positive criticism, ( knowing any new platform will eventually have to be revisited for performance review) attend to feedback that will improve the day to day running of the forum and it's efficiency.
Maybe some of the Superstar programme needs to be revisited also. Revised, updated, etc?
