Messages disappear

Every time I click on the envelope on the Candy Crush Jelly game all my lives requwst and donated lives disappear! Is anyone else having this problem? I This just started happening! Is there a fix?

See post below regarding how lives are stored and can be lost. There is nothing you can do regarding this other than to start collecting lives again, but we advise not to store to many as they can be lost for a few reasons
