Hi @pdeast00 What device are you using? Are you on Facebook? Do you get an error message? What game is your issue related to? The more information that you provide about your issue the more likely it is that someone will be able to help you.
Does your error look like the connection error in discussion I have linked below?
If you can it would be helpful if you can post a screenshot of your error.
Also if you can provide more detail about your issue, and a screenshot I think you would be better off posting your question in the Support area of the game effected.

Don't worry! You can click here (Facebook) then you select a device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem that I hope this helps.
If you want to connect Kingdom Account, you can click Android, Apple or Windows 10 App then read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem too.

If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.
