All Candy crush games not loading

My mother in law has Candy Saga, Soda and Jelly on her android tablet and all three have stopped working individually over the last couple of days. When you click on play on the game the egg timer symbol comes up and won’t load. I’ve tried all the advice I’ve found, clear cache, data, force close, delete apps an reinstall, log in and out of facebook, checking on Facebook to make sure the permissions are still active, updates on game and software on device. Can anyone please help to fix this issue as she plays these games Dailey and is lost without them. Thanks

Don't worry about this problem! You can follow these another troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
If you have followed these steps of Crashing/Freezing issue already but it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer. Thanks! 😉

Hello wonkyw the issue of an unresponsive play button has already been reported, and the issue is being investigated.
Our CM @Crazy Cat Lad has this information about a workaround that might help you
When opening the game and tapping the play-button the game freezes or the button is unresponsive on some older devices.
The issue is under investigation, but meanwhile there is a workaround:
-Make sure the game is open and connected to your Facebook or King account on the device you play on and where the issue happens.
-Open the game on another newer device with Android 5 or higher or an iOS 10 or later version. Alternatively log in to your account on King.com on a computer and open the game there.
-After you've logged in and are able to open the game and play a level on the other newer device or on King.com, please restart the app on the device where the game gets stuck on.
-The game should now work and let you play from the main menu on all devices.
