If you have any game questions at all, I am going to add a link here that will open up as an Excel spreadsheet. On the left you will find your game and then scroll across to where you would like to go. For example, do you have a game issue question? Then click on your game Support link. Would you like to meet other game players that play the same game as you? Then click on the Discussions link. Don't forget to check out the current contests for your game for a chance to win some free gold bars for your game.

Hello there,
May I know whether you take a break from the game after you've hit the claim or you play immediately? If you didn't play immediately after hitting the claim button, most likely the boosters were timed out. In that case, there's nothing we can do but to wait for the feature to reset after certain period of time.
Nonetheless, I hope you've found the links shared by our Ms Diamond Lim helpful as it will direct you to the appropriate game forums that interests you.

Thanks for asking but I'm not quite sure about your questions. Are you saying that the special candies that matched with color bomb/coloring candies didn't appear?

Hello @karahan77 and a very warm welcome to our friendly community. As @wykoon explained - if you are talking about the (currently called) Tree Topper Challenge, where you collect the presents before you run into the Bubblegum Troll - most of the boosters you win are timed, so if you don’t immediately use them they will disappear.
However if you are indeed continuing to play Candy Crush Saga after you claim them and they do not appear, then there is indeed a glitch and you need to go to the Help center.
Just click on the pink question mark in settings (you reach settings by clicking on the pink wheel in the bottom left corner of your game). Then if one of the topics doesn’t answer or cover your issue, just type in your issue at the top.
In future, if you have a specific issue with a specific game, you may get a quicker response by reporting it in that game’s Support area.
