It's an automatic step, the system picks up the players who fit into the category, there's nothing they can check for you. (It's picked randomly players by system (not Community Team))

Please remember: Pro Players play more, they are on higher levels and/or they have been around for the longest time! (May chance to win promoting Pro Players picked by system, especially as it's causes lucky) 🤗

I understand what @Lola_Pop said but either that is not correct or there is an issue with my accounts because not only am I at the end of the map in two of the games but I have been playing for 9 years....and obviously if I am at the end of the map I play often 🤷‍♀️

Have you tried this Link your King and Community accounts and improve your experience!? Also, you may want to uncheck your profile as private before you link the King and Community accounts.

Please let us know whether the above helps. If it still doesn't work, then you have to wait for the system to detect your status.

My profile is not private any longer but I do believe that when I linked the accounts (last year) it was private...I can't find a way to unlink the accounts and link them again....not even sure if they are linked because it doesn't say anywhere that they are but I do remember getting the pop-up and linking them 🤷‍♀️

Hello, how to link into community and king account? If I link community and king account, I'll be a pro player.

Hello @La Ley !

We cannot affect how the Pro Players are "selected," it's done by the system itself, and the fact that the Community account is set on private doesn't affect that. The linking process is done in the background, so it should work as long as you provided the same email account on your game and the Community. If you're not seeing any message asking you to link the accounts anymore, that means they are already connected and the procedure worked.

@pillow6 , just tick the box that says "Link my Community and Game Login details?"

I cannot guarantee that you'll be a Pro Player, as we don't have visibility on that, but it's worth a try!
