    Thanks for the clarification @wykoon. I am not sure having to click twice to get the same results as clicking once on the bell used to provide can be considered an improvement though. Considering the server 'issues' I would have thought adding an automatic roll up of comments that occur in one thread would put a greater strain on the server.

    @EnergizerBunny Enter the kingdom I am not able to enter this site.

    This would indicate that you are checking the wrong email for your notifications.

    You're welcome.

    I personally prefer to click on the "all notifications" as it allow me to view the latest tag. Certain recent tag may not appear in the top notification list because they would be grouped with the older comments, which can only be viewed if you expand the list.

    The grouping is new though @wykoon and is the cause of having to click all notifications just to see the latest tag. So if it is about personal preference then my personal preference would be for the notifications not to have been changed to being grouped.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to help me and explain what is going on. After making some adjustments on the popup side, I am now getting a number near the bell. As for the email I still am not receiving them. I only have one email address at this time. Wykoon mentioned server would that be the server on my end or the candy site. You were the only one that knew where I was coming from regarding the notifications.

    You may need to check with your personal email server/provider since your case is special and I haven't seen anyone reporting the same thing as you ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I am still concerned by this statement of yours @EnergizerBunny. The Kingdom is what you use to save your game and not access this Community.

    Are you sure that you are checking the correct email address for notifications from this site?

    Do you receive emails other than from this site?

    The server in question would be either the server of your email client, or the server of this site. Definitely nothing to do with anything at your end.

    @Alienscar

    I do receive emails but not from the community. The last email I received was on the 22nd from Lady_Sarina and message to inform me that I had received a badge

    When I clicked on the message to view badge this is what it showed. Since then I haven't received any email from any of the tags within the community.

    I am going to uninstall my email and check to see if it corrects itself. If not I might have to set up a new email.

    @EnergizerBunny The fact that you receive emails other than from this site would mean that there is nothing wrong with your email and there must be something wrong at King's end. Any issue with your email client would prevent any email being delivered.

    I have changed my notification settings to see what happens
