    You may try and write to the support team of the email provider as I believe the issue may be from their end.

    This is another option since you haven't heard from King Support team.

    Creating another account may not solve the issue if your using the same client email unless you plan to use an entirely new email with different service provider.

    To view individual notification from the Community, just click on "all notifications".

    Hello and Good Morning to you both =)

    Guess what? I woke up this morning to a ton of email messages from the community. Yay! 😁Now my email request is gone from the lower left corner. My PM are working again.

    Alienscar, that sbcglobal.net was associated with AT&T Uverse TV and Internet provider , I believe it is somehow connected to Yahoo! now. I am no longer with AT&T.

    Especially @Alienscar Thank You, so very much for all your help and for taking the time to answer all my questions. It is nice to know there is someone like yourself that will take the time to listen and understand and made every attempt to help me with my issue.

    Hopefully your emails included the one needed to verify your email address.

    Thanks for the kind words, but I can't say that I actually did anything to solve your issue.
