    As you can see what you posted does not match the Log In screen for this site. Please verify that you aren't using an old email address for this site that you have forgotten about.

    Click on your avatar and then select edit profile and check that the email address shown matches the one you have blocked out in the screenshot above

    Hi, it's me again.

    I signed out and signed back in earlier today and now it is asking me to confirm my email. Which I have done several times. throughout the day. I have not gotten any email to send confirmation. Do I need to go thru hoops to change my email on here?

    I was thinking of adding another email. This is the only site I am having email problems with.

    Thank you again for being so patient with all my questions.

    It is so hard to get help from this site. no phone numbers to contact anyone.

    Well that is interesting @EnergizerBunny the only reason it would ask you to verify your email is if you have entered a different email address. It is a shame I wasn't more clear in my request as I didn't want you to sign out I wanted you to look at the email address that appeared in your profile and compare the email address shown to what you think is your email address.

    I am not sure what to make of you not receiving the confirmation email as that is a very common problem on this forum. The fact that it is so common makes me think that there is an issue on King's side, but it has never been acknowledged and the official response is just to tell people to check their junk email folder.

    If you aren't receiving a confirmation email I am afraid all you can do now is contact Player Support.

    It is so hard to get help from this site. no phone numbers to contact anyone.

    This is just a fan site, so no one here works for King other than the Community Managers.

    Hi @Alienscar,

    I did the experiment as you to check whether there's issue of not receiving email from King. So I've changed the notification setting by checking on certain notifications to be received via email. I did receive the notification from King after the settings have been changed, see below.

    I was signed in via Outlook.

    Also, @EnergizerBunny, if you see the image above, there's a message "tap here to adjust your settings" if you wish to get notified of all emails. Perhaps you may need to look into this setting in your email.

    Hi @wykoon I use Outlook as well and my email that you can see a few posts above didn't include the "tap here to adjust" message.

    Bunny will not be able to tap here to adjust because they aren't receiving emails.

    I did compare both email address and they were the same. And now with this new way of viewing the notifications just doesn't make it any easier for me. I just realized if I am not getting any messages from the community thru my email. I wont be getting any feed back from the Player Support, that is probably why I haven't heard from them after 3 attempts. and now I can't confirm the email message that keeps popping up on the lower left hand corner. ๐Ÿ™‚

    I just don't understand everything was working fine up until the 22nd of June, then overnight no more tags from the community,

    I am totally out of options. I do appreciate you taking the time to help me. Maybe I should just start up a new email account.

    I think that setting was only available when I opened my outlook via mobile whilst you were using desktop/laptop.
