I haven’t been able to play on my iPad since April 2022

They refuse to fix their connection error it says it mine I have full connection won’t let me do Apple ID . They refuse to do anything about it. It will be almost a year and my I pad is on Kim Kardasian. I redid my iPhone and lost majority of my levels. They don’t do what they say.
