I have a suggestion to make:
Please change the way you reward players in a contest.
I believe that “Randomly” chosen winners is not the right method to apply when giving prizes. It gives me the impression that Managers, Moderators or whoever is in charge of giving prizes in a contest, have the freedom to only reward members of their own choice.
Leaving out other contestants that posted their right answers first in line.
This action might leave some with a feeling of distrust and discouragement. When I see the rules in a contest and that “10 winners will be chosen “Randomly” I don’t participate”My suggestion is that if you’re having a contest where many participants give the same correct answer, you should choose whoever answered first and in the correct order. “First come, first served=In the order in which they applied”

There are two old threads the same as this one. There was no need for this new thread.
If the powers that be thought that the old threads had moved too far off topic then they have no one to blame but themselves. It is the Moderators and Managers 'job' to ensure that people follow the House Rules and threads stay on topic.

Hello, and thanks for tagging me Colleen, I did not know that this thread existed. I haven't left the community; I only comment on topics if I know the answer. Usually when scrolling through I notice that mainly @christinewupp and @Alienscar have tried to help a lot of players. A lot of the new players coming to the community for help never reply, so you do not know if you have helped them or not, it would be nice if they replied unless they just gave up on the game? 😀

@Alienscar I was wondering why you hadn't commented on this thread. You're so right, as always, and I agree with you that I'm wasting my time here. I've starting to come to the same conclusion you have that the people running this forum aren't interested in our feedback and do nothing with it. I'll save myself the trouble and stop posting here.
I'm curious how you keep track of all the threads and comments. There are so many, and I can never get the search feature to work right. I've noticed that a lot of the threads are outdated, too, like the Master List of Ideas. If they're not going to do anything with the suggestions, they should remove everything along with the old threads you mentioned. @Colleen12 I love your idea of having a list of titles with a brief description. The volunteers, game moderators, all have a personalized signature stating which game(s) they are involved with. The community manager can be recognized by their signature too. In addition to that these managers also have a green background that stands out so that you can recognize the King employees who put their time and energy into this community. But if they ever go forward with my suggestion #4, a beginner's corner, I think that list would come in very handy and should be set up as an announcement so that it always remains at the top. Great idea!

I have been in the Community since 2017 and I would even benefit from this list. More importantly is that the listing is regularly updated. For sime reason people in here and King Customer Care have been very unresponsive since All Stars 2024. Have a great day 😊
