@Spinnifix I read an article this year, that Microsoft is considering not to support android apps on Windows 11 any more!
According to the article this is a future plan and it is going to come through a major update!
I don't know if this is connected somehow to these malfunctions about syncing games between Windows and mobile!
Maybe it could be an indication...

@Nikolaos_Prodromidis .I emailed customer service. . They get back to me saying that, they will pass it on .that's what they say everytime I emailed them regarding this. I must have emailed them about 20 times with the same issue.

You definitely have a technical issue that Moderators or Managers can not fix but yes they can report it to technical's support area. The problem is whether they can or can't fix it. Or simply they do not want to fix it at all… Who knows… 🤔
This is why we are posting our suggestions here. We only hope that they are listening to us and that soon they will come up with good answers. Otherwise, more members will leave The Community because they are not getting the help they need. Including me.
I also don't think they really care if we leave The Community. If we do, others will come and join. We are not a priority to King or the Community. That's a sad reality.

I'm having those same issues here. I reported issues with missing 117 Gold Bars missing from the Top That Event and Candy Royale. I have received countless emails telling me that they are still investigating and it is taking longer than usual. Thank you for you patience.
Yesterday after these continuous emails since May 24th an email to advice me the issue is resolved to make sure my game is updated, no mention of the missing Gold Bars. Then I get a Customer Satisfaction Survey to complete and I'm not sure why? Nothing is resolved, my device is set up for auto updates. This morning another message to tell me the issue is not resolved, they are still working on it, wait another one just arrived to suggest that I was given the Gold Bars and perhaps I did not notice. Really? If this is what I have been waiting for I'm not sure why I even bothered.

HI @Colleen12 .I can relate to your concern 's. I get the same answers all the time. At one time I lost about 800.00 coins and they said they won't reimburse because, I don't have FB that's the only way would reimburse them. And then, as you mentioned. I get a survey email. Do you know. I must be the only player who must have emailed them more than a 100.00 times. They must be fed of me by now.
