    @95chata the responce was very fast because it was a bug/technical issue and of course it had to be corrected soon!

    I understand that our suggestions here are different. We ask for minor or major changes in the Community! I suppose that it is difficult for them to give us a positive or negative answer to this or that without considering!

    However it is encouraging that they listen, we know now about it!

    Some respond of them from time to time could be also a good step!

    I have been asking for some time in here where is King Customer Care? I emailed them on May 24, 2024 regarding missing Gold Bar in Top That Event. I keep getting automated responses that they are working on it, it is taking longer than anticipated and they appreciate my patience. Ever email suggests I visit https://community.king.com/en/blog/kb as you have noted and there is nothing there that would help me. Perhaps @Diamond_Lim could explain why responses are taking so long to receive. I usually get a response within 24 hours but I have been noticing this since All Stars 2024. I have also posted several times on the ongoing Top That Event here in the Community. Have a Great Day ๐Ÿ˜Š

    @Colleen12 I really don't know anything about King customer care.

    What I know is that the "support" here in the Community sometimes gives very general answers and does not help, other times it can be helpful!

    Lim could give you some answer!

    You can also contact a CM for your problem!

    Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ I also posted here that I have sent many emails to King support over the course of 2 weeks, starting mid-June. I have yet to receive any respond at all. Absolutely nothing! It's so terrible that the players are ignored everywhere.

    TThanks @Nikolaos_Prodromidis . I've emailed customer service regarding this issue lot's of time. But, they always say the same thing. We'll pass it on and that's it. I can say one thing about the community. It's not the same as before when I joined it. There were lots of jokes and banter back then .I feel that, it's not the case now. Without player's getting offeneded by other players comment's. This is my view on it anyway. But, I still go on the Community as much as I can

    Hello dear fellow speakers

    I'm usually outside. I was still in the competition in Jelly - Rainbow
    Event. I started this one and I'm still finishing this one. That's
    all from me then.
    I went to my last comment here in this thread to see if it had been
    edited. A miracle has happened, he is still standing.
    I agree with Nikos that everything that was said belongs to the thread.
    Because a topic can expand in all directions, whether positive or
    negative. It's all part of it. That's why I don't understand editing.
    When we talk about CMs or moderators, it also has something to do with
    improving the community. Unfortunately only one side is seen. I am a
    deep thinking person and see many things and can see everything in
    detail. This has something to do with my chronic illness - lack of
    oxygen. That's my advantage. This was the only way I could do and
    achieve a lot here. Unfortunately, the CMs only want positive things.
    Many players have already said this publicly and it is not new.
    Just like in real life, positives and negatives are part of it.
    There are a lot of negative things here and we all know that. You can
    only make positives out of negatives. It's like that in real life.
    This is the only way it works. But you also have to do something to
    make it better. Just talking and doing nothing about it doesn't help.
    The result is zero. I don't like it when people just talk about it and
    don't do anything about it.
    So my question is: what do you actually want?
    A community also includes answers to questions. It doesn't matter what
    questions were asked. You should really answer openly and honestly.
    Otherwise, there is no need to ask questions or demand that we
    communicate. I feel like I'm playing a question and answer game with
    myself. Only when I do it will my answers be honest and everything will
    be said.
    Only I know the questions and answers. Because I'm thinking about a
    lot more than what's going on here. I don't mean you players. Please
    do not get this wrong!!!
    I'll never be like that. I am always open and honest and I will stay
    that way.

    Now we're talking about the games. I also have the
    game apps on my PC and it no longer syncs with the games on the
    tablets. On the PC I'm on a different level. I can play, but there is
    no connection anymore. Either there are no more events or there are no
    more images. In Fam Hereos I can no longer come into my team to see it.
    I think that nothing is being done about the PC apps anymore. We have
    already noticed in Jelly that the levels on the PC app are no longer
    optimized. Only on mobile devices, upon request.
    I think the PCs app will be turned off. Then you should tell us. I
    don't want to hear that it's my PC and that I should do everything about
    it. I check regularly for updates.

    The community is based on the games. Why should this be treated separately? Doesn't make any sense, does it?

    and therefore they would have to be approved by ourselves before they
    can be edited.

    Because we have a right to it.

    I also think that house
    rules have no place in a community. You should be allowed to develop
    freely.

    I read the house rules when I came in and was shocked, only
    prohibitions. This has no place in a community.

    There's a thread in
    Candy Soda: let's chat!!! Only this thread is being edited. So, we're
    not safe anywhere. "Community"?
