Problem with notification counter

Regret inform you that there's no fix to date.

As mentioned earlier, click on "all notification" to expand the notification list and ensure you don't miss any of the tagged messages.

I'm having the same issue and will always expand the notification list to view individual notification instead of group.

@wykoon I see there is more weird and unwelcome changes going on with notifications. Now after I have made a post in a Discussion a '1 new' is shown. This is confusing as it only ever used to highlight new posts other than those I had made. I am constantly clicking on the threads that show '1 new' just to find it was me.

@wykoon could you please have a look at the stated problem. On mobile, where I normally acecess the Community, the change to the '1 NEW' status is very user unfriendly.

All of the 1 NEW you can see are me, but I don't know this until I click on them.

@wykoon @QueenB Can some progress be made on the issues with notifications please. The issue of 1 NEW still exists and now I have received an email when my preferences do not allow emails.

It is plain that as it is only badges that result in email notifications that some background change has not been completed correctly.
