so many issues!

Why has Candy Crush Soda become so annoying? It offers me a chance to "choose" my team members from friends, then lists only one name--of someone I do not know. I created a "team" with my best friend at one point, and it simply disappeared. Most annoyingly, it frequently opens on the level I have just completed when I sign in, not on the level I should be playing. Doesn't seem like the people running it really care anymore.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experinecing this. It's the first report I read about something like this happening

    Let's try to find out what's going on 🙂

    Which device do you to play Soda? Make and model please

    --

    First, please make sure your Soda game is running in it's best conditions by checking troubleshooting steps. After checking those we can proceed to investigate this further

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

    If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

    If you own a Kindle fire, check this out

    it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer

    Game keeps crashing

    I've uninstalled the game and go load the game .

    Lost a few items but the game still crushes

    Thanks for your response. Playing on an ASUS HDMI Desktop computer. Other suggestions followed. Beyond that, I don't think I have enough computer knowledge to progress, but thanks.

    Game keeps crashing. I can't complete races or watch ads for extra moves... I get kicked out in the middle of the game all day every day. It just kicks me out. Don't give me this automated response about 2g spaces, uninstall, install, clear cache etc. I have done that a million times. 🤬

    As much as it frustrates you reading it, advising troubleshooting steps first helps moderators understand the situation and then make the investigation go forward since no player will post a support question with detailed list of what they 've already tried that's helpful for us. Remember we can only do an exhaust-all-possible options conversation before making a issue report to community manager because we can't look physically into your devices, only you do 🙂

    Do you play Soda on app downloaded from Microsoft Store? Windows 10 computer maybe?

    What is the latest version of Soda app currently installed? You should find this info when you open Microsoft Store app, look for Candy Crush Soda app description page, look below "additional information"

    Or do you play on on Facebook platform on a browser?

    If you play on Facebook platform, did you check for browser updates? More infos here

    I assume you tried to clear cache of your browser then

    Which browser do you use?

    Does this issue happens in other browsers as well? Or is it only one browser affected
