Hi yes we did have an issue but all is now good
You should be able to now continue playing 💓

The game works well on any device but windows. I have an Android device and a Mac and it works on Facebook as well as before. It doesn't work on my windows pc.

When you said windows pc, are you mentioning the App version? If so, can you please explain the issue you are experiencing?

Not the app but on Facebook. Candy Crush works well on my android tablet on Facebook as well as on Mac, but it doesn't work on my Windows PC on Facebook. Weird. As if there is a problem with Facebook and Windows.
