I think that duplicate or multiple accounts are and were always prohibited!
Here are the "House Rules":
Unless if they are prohibited only if someone uses them for
- spam
- toxic behaviour
and they are allowed if you don't have these two behaviors! 😁😎😄
At least this text has a "double reading"! 😁
However, double or multiple accounts are allowed for the games! Someone has e.g. a Jelly account and is at the end of the map and the same person can start playing from level #1 using a second account etc.

As you know, I always think a lot. Now I had this thought: The
community is a part of real life.
Here they always say: “stay on topic”. Only this doesn't work
properly. Even in real life, you move from one topic to another because
it is somehow related to the first topic.
You drift away from it, so to speak.
You can't define it that way. It's like choppy. So to speak, the
players have to stop what they want to say and start something new.
It's really very difficult. It's better to let the players speak.
Because you can say a lot about what the player says.
You notice more and more that the house rules are becoming superfluous.
I've been in other communities. There was nothing like that there.
They just said that they shouldn't offend. That was all before posting
there.
I would prefer this one. Even I don't like these house rules.
The players read them and then leave. Or it won't be read at all.
It's better to talk to each other and you can achieve a lot more that
way.
I always say: “Talking is the be-all and end-all”.
Maybe there will be some good consideration here. It would be very
helpful.🙌 -
We have had 3 different house rules over the years.
2 house rules from 2018 in Alphabetty and a little later the 2 house
rules ran at the same time. You could see it officially. This was
misleading. I also liked the house rules from 2018.
Okay, it also said that capital letters are forbidden: it would cause
screaming and these were edited a lot. I didn't think it was okay.
That's why I argued against this plan.
Since it is archived, you could read it again and compare. -

Hello! Your rules posted are the community house rules and what I posted is the King code of conduct. This is where the confusion comes… King has told players that multiple accounts are not allowed in games…
I have contacted them again for further clarification and will share when I have answers

I was never thinking that King or any other game developer could restrict multiple accounts on their games!! There are several reasons to believe this:
- Most players out there do not know anything about it, because they do not participate in any forums. They download an app and play.
- There are players who have different accounts on different devices and they cannot or they don't want to merge them, if this is possible.
- There are multiple players, members of a family, who play on the same device! They have multiple accounts on the same device!
- There are players who play without being connected to any account.
- It does not harm other players.
- It cannot be controlled.
- For all these reasons and maybe for some more, this does not make any sense!
On the other hand it makes obviously sense for multiple accounts to be restricted in a forum! 😎
My conclusion is, that King could have told that restricts multiple accounts for games, but who listened to this out there?? 😄😄😄

I now have a case in Jelly and a player is down with his nerves.
I tried to comfort the player and tried to help.
I now had this idea. 💡
You could leave a grief post in the community with encouraging words. Then the players would feel valued and not so helpless. I want to see the players friendly and showered with a lot of love.
Would this be possible?
