right after the last update I lost my barn with companions and rewards any suggestions?

I wanted to update you with a word from the studio that the test for companions not being available will end later this week. The studio thanks all the players for the valuable feedback, which will be taken into account for how to continue to improve and make Farm a better experience! π€

I posted in a different thread similar to this one, so I thought I could share my response here as well!
I've personally gathered all of the feedback from the players and I've been talking to the studio about your reactions.
The studio is very aware of your opinions, and as they've done in the past - they will take a look and see what they can do to continue to help make Farm a fun game to play! π
That's why we appreciate your feedback - I'm sure that the studio will do their best moving forward thanks to you all sharing your opinions. π€ So thank you for posting in this thread.
Above your posts was a reply from one of my co-moderators informing you all that the companions are missing right now as part of testing.
Unfortunately they have not told us how long it is for. When they gather everything they need to know I assume.
Please feel free to politely leave feedback that the community manager can send back to the studio. Leaving as many details as you can, such as why you are missing them.

Sorry regarding your Companions missing in your game, the Farm Studio is taking a test with a small group of player and sometimes all the players have different Feature in the Farm.

I went to play today and lost my Bonnie boost, I hadn't lost a level. It is not reappearing as i move forward in the game. I am also not getting the rewards I had in the past.

Games change and evolve all the time and do not stay the same. The companions were not there for quite a while from the start.
All major companies do it. They choose random players and therefore get a better selection of data I guess. Google AB testing. You are entitled to not be happy about it but its how it is done π
Well, not to be offend anyone but I think I should say this. So, here goes.
I know your feeling. So, I made a suggestion that King should have a test team (with test accounts) and when they do "test", they should use that test team/those test accounts, and not the actual players. Then someone disagreed with me, saying that he/she like that King used actual players in "test". Thus, this time, I don't even know what I should say to you. π€·ββοΈ
I really do not understand the reason for this 'test' other than to see how many of us will purchase gold bars out of frustration at not being able to advance.
I for one will be very hesitant to invest further in this game in the future if the boosts we earn in gameplay can just be taken away on a whim. This really was not a well thought out or fair 'test'.

The companions disappearance is just a temporary, I guess. So, be patient.

Sorry if your Companions disappeared from your game, in order to help you it happens after the game app update?
Could you please specify your type of device? If you play the Farm in different device you have the same problem?

I mainly play on my laptop but it has happened on my phone too.
It was fine yesterday but not today so I assume it was after an update.
I play solely on an iPhone - and it happened almost right after the game updated.

I've also lost mine
Agree I miss my companions - Iβm at level 5206, and the difficulty is already high, even with help from farm animals. So yea I would definitely prefer them to come back.

Yesterday when I went to play the level it doest show the 50, 70, 90 point option to choose. The stars are not high lighted.
I have plenty of beans, and passed many levels.
Turned the phone off and on
they have taken away the 3rd quest too so I can no longer easily collect beans

I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? Itβs always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.
