right after the last update I lost my barn with companions and rewards any suggestions?

I wanted to update you with a word from the studio that the test for companions not being available will end later this week. The studio thanks all the players for the valuable feedback, which will be taken into account for how to continue to improve and make Farm a better experience! 🤗

I've personally gathered all of the feedback from the players and I've been talking to the studio about your reactions.
The studio is very aware of your opinions, and as they've done in the past - they will take a look and see what they can do to continue to help make Farm a fun game to play! 🙌
That's why we appreciate your feedback - I'm sure that the studio will do their best moving forward thanks to you all sharing your opinions. 🤗 So thank you for posting in this thread.
Above your posts was a reply from one of my co-moderators informing you all that the companions are missing right now as part of testing.
Unfortunately they have not told us how long it is for. When they gather everything they need to know I assume.
Please feel free to politely leave feedback that the community manager can send back to the studio. Leaving as many details as you can, such as why you are missing them.

Sorry regarding your Companions missing in your game, the Farm Studio is taking a test with a small group of player and sometimes all the players have different Feature in the Farm.

Hey there, it seems like you still have the Quests as shown by your screenshots. As for the companions which was mentioned as well - the studio is testing various versions of the game to see what makes it the most balanced.
I understand that not seeing the companions must be frustrating however, and I'll forward this feedback to the studio.

It's a bit confusing when there are more comments. So, please let me give you some advice. Next time, if there are a lot of comments on your post, when you reply, please kindly pressed on "reply" on the comment. Replying without quote of the comment you're replying is quite a bit confusing.
If your comment is a reply for my comment, then, the reason why I asked is I found that some people play on Facebook, some people play from mobile devices. I thought the platform is different, so, some people still have companions and some people don't. I'm kind of figuring out why.

Thanks for answering. Sorry, it should be miss understanding. I meant where is this level companions (animals) and where is the this dayly tusks loke “use a companions ability for 3 time/8time in a level? And if its a test, why the companions are missing for someone but for someone is not, this is kind of unfair.
And i miss this new bull booster (its opening for one day and then missing with companions animals for level

Hey there, could you specify which booster you're referring to a bit more, do you have any screenshots or something similar? To my knowledge there hasn't been any removal of boosters as of late.
There is a test right now however where companions are not available for some, but the boosters should be working as intended.

Right now the studio is testing the game in different versions which includes one where companions are not available. The studio continuously test different things in the game to see what works to balance the game for the players, however that being said - the feedback shared here and in the forums overall is very appreciated as I can forward this to the developers!

About a week or two
I'm almost at level 5000, I bought a farm pass to play, and you removed the animal booster and now I'm stuck and I can't move in the game using a farm pass. I'm very angry, and I heard that some kind of test is being conducted. But the developers should have asked the players if they want to be in the test group? I play for the sake of progress, I collected animals and boosters and you took it and removed it all? Seriously? Complete disappointment in the game and some kind of divorce for money - buy a farm pass and turn off boosters so that the player cannot advance in the game.
Return the boosters, otherwise I'll be completely disappointed in this game and its developers. not user-friendly at all

Yeah, I agree! Some people have said it's just temporary for some kind of testing or whatever, but it doesn't make sense why some of us lost our companions and others got to keep theirs? They need to fix this ASAP…
I agreed on the part that those levels are hard to pass WITHOUT companions. Although I haven't reached to level 4600 yet (I'm on just lower levels), I know that some levels are very hard to pass. Even WITH the companion, sometimes, I had to use boosters, a lot of boosters, to pass a very hard level. So, I know your feeling.
King should deal with this issue as fast as possible. Otherwise, I think they will lose their players (or customers) soon.

I am reposting this under the FHS thread:I've been playing this game for many years, spent money on it, and worked hard to earn all of my companions. I've just reached level 4600, and all of my companions have been stolen and are now missing? These levels are hard enough WITH companions, and if they aren't returned, I won't play this game anymore. It seems like only some players have lost companions and others did not, when will this be resolved? Thanks.

The companions disappearance is just a temporary, I guess. So, be patient.

I really do not understand the reason for this 'test' other than to see how many of us will purchase gold bars out of frustration at not being able to advance.
I for one will be very hesitant to invest further in this game in the future if the boosts we earn in gameplay can just be taken away on a whim. This really was not a well thought out or fair 'test'.
Well, not to be offend anyone but I think I should say this. So, here goes.
I know your feeling. So, I made a suggestion that King should have a test team (with test accounts) and when they do "test", they should use that test team/those test accounts, and not the actual players. Then someone disagreed with me, saying that he/she like that King used actual players in "test". Thus, this time, I don't even know what I should say to you. 🤷♀️
All major companies do it. They choose random players and therefore get a better selection of data I guess. Google AB testing. You are entitled to not be happy about it but its how it is done 🙂

Games change and evolve all the time and do not stay the same. The companions were not there for quite a while from the start.

I went to play today and lost my Bonnie boost, I hadn't lost a level. It is not reappearing as i move forward in the game. I am also not getting the rewards I had in the past.
