The problem started weeks ago with only missing one or two boosters but today when I went to play all were gone.

I am playing on Internet Explorer because it was the old one and not the newer version. It was working great then this problem started and its been three or four days now.

I get a message "Oops Something went wrong, please reload game". I reload game and get the same message each time. So, I am unable to play game. Is anyone else having this problem ?

I downloaded the one from the Microsoft store and it is not the same. Now that version is on my facebook page and I can't get rid of it. Tried everything. Because it won't load up that means no points tonight. I hope that doesn't mean that we go back to day 1 and 50 beans. I was half way through the month of collecting beans and shovels. Wish they would get it fixed. I emailed them and have not heard back from them yet.

I am having the same problem of it not loading all the way. The green bar gets about half way then stops. Wish someone would get on there and fix it. Getting to be annoying.

I hit send for roadblock help and I don't think they are being sent out. I have not received help yet. Is anyone else having that problem. This is happening on my home computer.

I am playing on my phone. Its a Samsung Galaxy A5. I haven't had a problem before in getting beans or lives from people. This is something new that started. I can send lives. But can't receive lives or beans. I am starting to get low.

If you could make it a certain amount for all the time. What if the amount was 100 beans each time to water , then maybe more people would be interested in watering the plant all the time. I need most of my beans to keep playing the game.

The Cropsie Garden is cute, don't like the idea of using a lot of beans to water it every day. Don't mind giving it hugs though. 

Why can't I send lives or receive any ?

I got mine to come back on. At the top of the page click on the padlock in the address bar and click allow for flash. A small box will tell you it needs to reload and then it comes up. Hope everyone understands this message and it works for you.
