I have beaten level 14491 twice now, but it will not give me credit for collecting purple candy. What can I do to move on?

Less moves than other players
I’m on level 8036 and stuck! Why do I get 30 moves when every other player I’ve seen gets 40? Did I annoy someone at Candy Crush?

Different levels of hard
What are the criteria used when labeling a level? I’ve played some “nightmarishly hard” levels and “hard” levels which were much easier to win than the levels that weren’t labeled as being anything unusual.

Game won’t load on IPad Pro, but loads on IPhone
My game gets stuck on the “loading” screen and won’t load on my iPad Pro, but it loads on my iPhone. What can I do? If I uninstall it, I will lose my lives and boosters.

Where did the extra moves wheel go?
Where did the wheel go? Level 7102 does not drop enough licorice with just the 30 moves. I don’t get the wheel anymore, so I can’t get enough liquor ice to drop without the extra moves.

No sugar drops
I cannot collect sugar drops anymore. I am playing on my iPad, and it doesn’t show that any are available for the entire game. This happened as soon as I collected the max sugar drops to get a prize, but I never received anything.
