Whenever I am logged in, I receive this error: We are experiencing an error and doing our best to fix it. Please try again in a moment.However, if I log out and start the game, it loads! What's up with that?!

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

you may have stumbled onto a "too many" problem which causes a game to crash

I have seen the error message on another game(ABS)

two of the causes:

1) having too many lives ... try to limit lives to less than 500 if this game has lives

2) running too many minutes ... the old flash player would often crash after running for 45 minutes

most likely these specific causes are not happening on this game ... but you may have "too many" of something that causes the game to crash
