I was getting very few lives after requesting. Today 6th October 2023, I'm no longer getting any at all! Contacting King is pointless. Most of the time I get a "cut and paste" reply. I spend money on this game..... I expect better service!

I've just received the new no opt out version. Come on King! This feature is unplayable due to the difficulties of the levels. You are making me play this every 20 minutes. Are you deliberately trying to finish off the game. Players are intentionally stopping playing now because the game sucks.. Yes.....SUCKS!

@kiara_wael I note from my candy crush Facebook group that lots of players have noted the same issue. Only the 5 moves are available.

Awful new phase in the development of this game. I have many in game friends all frantically sending lives because they are not receiving lives. The throttle on the received lives is very apparent. I'll make a comment here since my own post in this forum has been ignored. The Facebook group I'm in is now showing lots of players leaving the game over the lives issue. I'd like to binge play when not at work or when travelling. I can no longer play this way due to only having 5 loaded lives and a max of 5 saved lives.…

Plainly disgusted with the recent changes. My in box shows a large number of requests for lives and I receive only 3 to 5 a day back. What gives? I'm not being credited levels and the top 3 have really HIGH scores! I can't play this contest when it's either faulty or full of cheats!

How do I contact the team directly? It seems comments on this forum are not being redirected to the programmers. I would just like an honest answer why recently the game play has suffered.

I have played this level numerous times. It freezes up once every 5 or 6 games. It freezes at random times too and not through a set sequence of moves. Other levels below this play fine so I know the main game is OK.

Only this level freezes. I can play others fine so I know that the game is fine and the kevrl is not

All the stated fixes did not work. How can King expect to get revenue when basic functions do not work!

Year of birth should be enough data required. The fact that any date can be inputting without verification makes the new prompt to play pointless.
