Can you always please make sure your game is up to date and you have a strong Internet connection
Also please clear the game cache from your device settings menu
And occasional close down and leave your device off for a moment or two

I am frustrated when I try to use the yellow potion and it defaults, freezes and I loose it. NOT cool.
There are more games with inactive or uncooperative players than active players - not sure why the algorithm picks up so many inactive players for a team game.

It' Herself s not worth it, I waited 24 hours to do 2 missions and now two participants are placed down and don't finish their mission, now I have to wait 24 hello to do 2 missions and 24 more to do 1, you should help us with a reset to restart 1 mission and be able to finish the line or the row and be able to continue...

Hi @PrettyBubbles - earlier in this thread you mentioned "mastering the wand". I think of that when I am playing and have made a really good shot. What a huge difference it makes when you get better at using it! I certainly haven't mastered it, but am improving all the time

If you look, every time you start a level it gives you three options: the oracle, the oracle which is red, the star frock coat is the yellow one, and the laser sight or telescopic sight is the blue one.
I think I understand now that when one of your boosters is the Oracle potion, the colored balls are what goes into the potion to give it the extra balls.
Maybe the unknown terms are referring to the other potions?
Maybe @toñin_01 can explain a little better as have also not heard of Meteor shower and laser gaze 💓
I don't get what you mean by occupied by the Oracle? I know what the Oracle potion is, but? Meteor shower and laser gaze?
Hi the prize is allocated as soon as a new board is loaded so it doesn't matter how many tiles you complete the prize is the same
Yes it frustrates me also when a player does not clear a tile it has sometimes taken me 3 days to complete a board 💓

Sure, you should have more than 100 yellow bubbles, if you've played bingo, those yellow, blue, and red bubbles are occupied by the oracle. The meteor shower and the laser gaze are empty of their square, occupying is how you replenish them, keep playing and you will get rid of many doubts... Luck.

I’m sorry you are having the problem too. Every once in a while I get a life. Most the time it’s from myself!!!! It will say my username sent you a life. Crazy. I just got tired of asking for help and just don’t play as much.

The lives thing is not hit or miss. I had over 300 messages that just disappeared on this phone. However, they are still available on my old phone that I rarely use.
So nobody gonna address us not getting lives? Or lives just disappearing!!!!!!!

I used to have that and I love it - it’s like a never-ending life as it refreshes every minute or so! Sadly I lost it in the recent BW2 update - along with a lot of lives from “friends” - a bunch of people I have no idea about. If players had real friends they maybe more considerate when playing Nero’s quest.

I was informed by support losing lives can happen following updates if we have too many lives - first I had heard of this.I had way too many lives due to a SPAMMER who somehow was able to send me hundreds of lives! Gratefully the support team were able to block him from my game. Good luck all.

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
