Hi if you have followed the steps and you still haven't moved to your original level ot means you had not been saving your progress
You can try asking our customer services if they can manually adjust your levels by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page 💓

ok if you had been having your progress saved please first check for any pending updates then play 1 level then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two you may have to repeat but any saved progress will return 💓
I uninstalled because it froze up. Fine to take the email off

I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
