How can I get my game back to the level I was on? It's starting .e at leve 1

Can you first tell me if you uninstalled or changed your device

I uninstalled because it froze up. Fine to take the email off

ok if you had been having your progress saved please first check for any pending updates then play 1 level then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two you may have to repeat but any saved progress will return 💓

I've done everything you say to do but it's still not letting me get to the evel I was on which was 4891,I've spent a fortune over the years I've been playing this game and all this trouble arise Frome getting a new phone.so please get me to were I was thankyou x

Hi if you have followed the steps and you still haven't moved to your original level ot means you had not been saving your progress
You can try asking our customer services if they can manually adjust your levels by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page 💓
