Hi my friend this could be a low connection problem a low memory available to continue play or a device issue
The compatibility devices are now mobile only android 10 or above IOS 10 or above
You will need to have a strong connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Please first check in your devices store for any pending updates
Clear the game cache from your device settings menu under apps
Close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two you may have to repeat this step let's see if this corrects things for you 💓
Hi my friend it is much better to register via king than Facebook
also if your progress had been being saved once you play one level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two the levels will restore
Should they not it will mean your progress was not original saved 💓

As I wrote earlier I did register with email, then I was trown back to lvl 1.
that is why I have tried to log into the game with FB. Worked for a few hours last evening. Now that does not work again either.
I will try to register once more with email.
all the time I have played this game, up to now on lvl 7000 there has not been any issues in just open the game and play. Connection was always there….untill acepting that new option that poped up
Hi my friend yes that screen means you are not connected which is why the no connection pop up is there so you do need to complete the information to connect your game
You do not have to use Facebook you can register with a king account which works much better with our games
When we fill these in the form is very temperamental with our typing
I suggest you select register insted of sign in then add your email and password that should then work

It want let me Connect with FB. If I try to log in with email, i lose all lvl and has to start all over😳
And then a new problem came. There is no way to Connect to internet😳😳😔 I have already restarted my phone. That did not help
All of this problems I have experienced last week came after me agreed on new options 😔

I restarted my phone. Logged in via FB instead of my Mail, and there it was🥰

I was asked to accept new condisions, then everything was lost.

i was waiting for new tasks. They always comes on Tuesdays. Today, all my game was reset to lvl1 !!!!! Wtf😳 I have lost everything!!! All lvl up to new update, all saved boosters, all saved life…. What in the hell is this???
Oh well, will just have to accept it then that I’ve lost all my boosters through no fault of my own 😟

Unfortunately we can not replace any list boosters but if you had purchased any then please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they can check your account and reimburse you 💓
It also says I’ve got 18 stars which is correct but if you look at the pic it’s saying coming soon , haven’t a clue what has happened 😟
my levels are fine it’s all my boosters that have vanished , I’ve done everything that you advised but no luck 😟
