That is a bit dramatic I would say and not very likely. The name 'Sneaky Melon Duck' is most likely a placeholder name that appears when a Player Card takes too long to load, and the name itself may be a programmer's joke.

Although I didn't share a link, I have a Duck in my game, it's a newbie who shared their link. Is it always the first friend on the list? My Duck is. It started following an app update, I think.

I hope they rectify this and not just leave it unresolved. There are not many levels like this, and this one can still be completed without fish combos, at least with starting boosters. It's been two weeks, and it hasn't been fixed yet. 😕

In theory, yes. I tried it on 8024 (CB+wrap) but couldn't reproduce the bug. So it's the fish combos that are broken.

The error only occurs when a fish combo causes fish on the board to be replaced by either a stripe or a wrap. These fish are not counted. There are only 10 fish at this level, so it's much less likely to happen than in level 8024. I wish I could check it myself 🙂 Hopefully, they have fixed this.
