Hello @awierbiki33 And welcome to the community! Level 8024 has indeed an error and this has been reported before in the thread I link below. (Please note in your header you state level 8924, but in your second post 8024, which is the one with the known glitch, so I assume that is the level you mean here)
There seems to be no rush for King to fix this error so to bypass it please note the following: If you match a fish with a wrapped candy then this may trigger the glitch and cause the message "no more targets"! So please try to pass this level without making a fish/wrap combo!
@QueenB apparently the glitch reported in this thread is still not fixed….. has this been reported?

level 8024… been playing for over a year and now getting error message
Happens after a couple of moves…. Not enough targets?? I can’t move on..

I hope they rectify this and not just leave it unresolved. There are not many levels like this, and this one can still be completed without fish combos, at least with starting boosters.
It's been two weeks, and it hasn't been fixed yet. 😕
Agreed. I've just tried out level 8024 too and I don't get the oops if I make fishes into stripes or wraps, but hey, I tried your method and got it: So it isn't fixed I'm afraid.
In theory, yes. I tried it on 8024 (CB+wrap) but couldn't reproduce the bug. So it's the fish combos that are broken.
Thanks for pointing that out. That is indeed quite unlikely in the level I tried. My fish wraps went for other candies on the board. So a colour bomb/stripe combo might induce this?
I've just tried that and again the count went down:
The error only occurs when a fish combo causes fish on the board to be replaced by either a stripe or a wrap. These fish are not counted.
There are only 10 fish at this level, so it's much less likely to happen than in level 8024. I wish I could check it myself 🙂
Hopefully, they have fixed this.
I also read the post about level 15610 and tried that level out but I was unable to recreate the error in that level. I play on an iPhone. When I hit a fish against a wrap in the level the count went down.

Yes, that's what I think too. Even though the level may be possible to pass, fish combos still trigger errors for me, so the issue is still not fixed.
There's another level where fish candies are required for the order that generates the same error, by the way:
So it's not a problem with a particular level, but rather a problem with fish in general.

Hey guys, I just tried and managed to go past level 8024, I think it's working now!!
Yeah.. I tried few times and all stopped 22 moves left.. and then tried again hours later, it was different..
Anyway, wondering how this gonna take?😖
