how to defeat wilbur? level 40

What actions will cause Wilbur to be defeated? Do I have to hit him directly? Do I have to hit him with some number of fairies? Can't figure out what I am supposed to do here.

Hi, the goal is to free the fairies. When they are free they are flying to Wilbur and attack him. After that he looses power. So try to get as many fairies free as you can. Hint: There are other bubbles with super power. They can explode and free all fairies around or on one line. Greetings.
