How can we only see Google contacts when connecting through google

I saw the new connection through Google this time and expected to see all my Google contacts just like I used to through Facebook, but instead I see a bunch of strangers. I'd like my daughter to be able to connect via Google so her levels are saved but don't really want her seeing strangers or worse strangers seeing her profile picture. Is there a setting that we can adjust so we can only see our own Google contacts please?

All newer King games also connect you to 'Kingdom' friends - there is no way to be rid of them once you're connected but we have raised this issue with King so hopefully they will change how this works.
