My game keeps crashing, please help!
My game is still crashing it's been four days since it started. I have an iphone 6+
Many times, I have tried restarting my phone and I have tried removing the app via my phone & iTunes desktop then reinstalled. unfortunately when I open the new app - none of the levels I have done are marked. I start back at level one. When I connect to Facebook, I get my levels back but the game crashes. After that, if I force close and reopen the app, it automatically connects to Facebook and the game crashes instantly. My phone software and the game is up to date.

Could you please check to see how much available memory you have left on your device. Please also try to load the game with no other apps open, check that the available RAM is adequate as well.
Please check this and let me know if it changes anything.

Hello Johnny,I tried to open without other apps open, it still crashes immediately when connected to facebook.I have about 18 GB left available on my phone.Hope this helps!Hello Kate.
