Kept level but lost ability to build house to get boosters

I transferred Bubble Witch Saga 3 to new ipad from old model.  I lost all old friends and ability to build a new house to get additional helps.  How can I get it back?

Hello,

When you transfer your game, only your progress and gold bars will be synchronized. Other items are stored within the game application so they will remain on your old device.

Have you created a Kingdom profile to save your game?
