If you present me with this same board I could pass this level without having to play a checkerboard of no two bubbles that match. The tutorial magically gets just the right color bubble to move on up the board; I can't get the extra points because the bubbles just don't match!!! This game has to be rigged!!!

Hi @Nancy these videos are made by our players, the boards are in no way rigged. The boards do vary from game to game, but these tutorial videos are great to give you some handy pointers on the best types of moves to make. :-)
Keep trying and I am sure you can make the magic to pass the level!
