why do i keep losing lives on bubble witch 3 and i cant add friends

i load the game bw3 and play one life when it loaded it showed 3 this is not the first time this has happened really like the game but very frustrated with loosing lives since it takes 30mintues to refill

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem, start het spel zie 5 levens en kan er maar 1 spelen, erg jammer dit.
