Games continually crashes and freezes and I have spent a LOT of money to keep playing. I want to know what you are going to do to fix problems I am having. Several hundreds of dollars spent and all the game does is start level then freezes and then crashes and completely shuts down I lose players and gold bars. I want a refund of at least three hundred dollars, so I can delete game. It isn't fair for you to take money but not let game continue, I believe it is a scam and you are only wanting money and not take care of customers. Either I get refund I am asking for, or Internet media here I come. On top of that, also Better Business Bureau will be notified. So what direction are you going to take to ratify my problems? I loved this game until issues started.
