Lighting up the library

I passed all 5 levels and got to where Andy the ghost was, the witch( I don't know her name) got stuck right next to Andy, didn't fly through the curtain and the library didn't light up. If I clicked on Andy he just kind of shuddered and the witch just stayed in place. I have a screenshot to prove I passed all levels but it stated when the event was over that I didn't succeed.

I had this same thing happen and did not receive anything the little witch just sat there next to the little ghost and didn't go through the curtain for the treasure box to open for the prize to be awarded.  King.com programmers for BubbleWitch3: Please fix this and let us know what we were to receive for completing this challenge and place the rewards in our games.

Had the same thing happen, used Bonuses and Gold to get passed 5th level, then nothing... very unhappy! I was able to leave, go back in, and got kicked into the 5th level again while clicking about. Failed, moved back, failed again, moved back.... Not doing this again, ever... All that work for naught.
