Why has star cats been removed?

I was in the middle of updating part of my Star cat house (the one in the clouds) and after connecting the game to Facebook I’ve lost the additional level, all star cat features and now it says new exciting features coming soon on the house page. What happened?!

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.

That sounds like me.  My wife has star cats and I do not.  How do I get star cats?

Like my colleague mentioned here, some added features are not available for all players. Rest assured we're working on rolling them out for all players but it may take a while. 

Please keep your game app up to date so you receive all of the exciting things coming your way.
