Why is the game re-setting every day?

I am playing Bubble Witch 3 on Windows 10 platform through Facebook. It seems as though every time I make progress on certain things (like "catching the ghosts" or the "wand battle", if I leave the game for a bit and return, it resets and I have to start those over. It's almost like starting the game all over. It doesn't make sense. Example: I catch 2 ghosts and then return to the game later and it is reset and the time wasn't even up on that event. Not fair at all. I have been a loyal player for a while now and this is very frustrating.

Hi kaykaysc I also have this glitch on facebook. It comes and goes, and tends to happen more after I've cleared my browser cache.  I have let them know at King, but not sure what, if anything, is being done about it.  I'll try to find out for you.
