Buble Witch saga 3 is waiting, the icon is suddenly dimmed

Good evening. I play frequently with Bubble Witch saga 3. I reached level 194. Following an umpteenth crash of my box on which I am connected to play, the game was put in "wait" with an icon faded and it's me is impossible to play again for the moment. Can you please allow me to continue playing this game without losing my progress. Best regards. Michel

First try with resetting the Windows app.
Click on the Windows icon down to the left > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Papa Pear Saga > Advanced options > Reset.
If that doesn't help, try with reinstalling the game.
Uninstall the game first. Check this link with how you uninstall:

Restart your computer and then reinstall the game:

Please note that Boosters and Lives will be lost when reset or reinstall Windows the app on your PC, as well game progress that yet havenโt been saved on Facebook or in Kingdom.
