Why don't I have any upgrades on Stella's house available?

I've reinstalled, cleared my cache and restarted my phone. I still only have a view of Stella's house. No upgrade options and nothing noting that I'm out of options. Help!

    Hi Mama1517, thank you for posting on King care.

    Its hard to know where to start with Stella. Some of her progress is in testing which means not everyone gets it. But some are issues where its not working properly. 

    I am trying to get an answer to see what is going on and what should be working and what are tests :)
