What do you not understand about that the candy crush games are not opeining compleltly when I try to play them for the last 3 days. The screen is totally black and the only thing that shows up is the numbers around the screen. The suggestions you have on this app are of not help at all you are have a real issue with the Candy Crush Game apps opening in Facebook. Please resolve the issue so we can play the games again.

I assume from your post that you previously contacted email support and were sent here?
I also see you have issues with the game working, I know you are playing through Facebook, is that through a browser? Have you tried a different browser and also checked the browser for updates?
