where my cats gone?

For the past 8 months I haven't been able to upgrade Stella's house. I've tried upgrading, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, and still nothing. When im login with Google account and back to Facebook account i can see cats and second floor in my house, then when im back to the game and going back to home everything disappear and says „is time for relax” is there anything else I can do?

A few players are having issues with the house and we're sorry about it. However, this might help: Always make sure that the game/browser is up-to-date and clear cache and cookies regularly.
I hope that help, if not, I'm afraid you'll need to be a bit more patient until the house is back!
