I submitted errors this week and last week and I have not been contacted on my medal bonus not being accepted/counted when I fulfilled it, I fulfilled the Bubble Collector medal and did not receive the 1500 I worked so hard for. Then I was robbed of 20 of my own Gold Bars when I was asked to do a review. I did the review did not receive 20 gold bars again and then you deleted 20 Gold Bars that I had PURCHASED. I never received a response about this issue. I want my Gold Bars back. Now between early this morning and right now, my Piggy Bank was robbed, it was at 49, I completed level 750 earned earned 2 stars and my Piggy Bank disappeared, no chance to buy it or redeem it at 50 and only shows 1 star for 750. This is bullshit. I am going to contact Facebook about you stealing my 20 Gold Bars, robbing my Piggy Bank and not fulfilling the medal bonus!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with the game. I had a look at your account and could not see anything wrong. I can see the gold bars were used in level 752. My guess is that you're playing on both mobile and Facebook, is that right? Sometimes the game does not sync between the two (that's the case for boosters, which can are stored on the device memory for instance. More info here).
Also, if you're missing purchased items, please follow the steps here and that should help you.
If the piggy bank disappeared, I'd suggest you to make sure the latest version of the game and your browser is installed as well as clear cache and cookies regularly.
As for the Bubble Collector medal, I have added 1500 Star Dust to your account - Connect from your mobile to unlock these.

No this did not FIX anything I am complaining about. You say there is nothing wrong with my game you checked it, well how can you say that??? Let me explain in Detail. I had xx bars of Gold. The game asked me to do a review. I did the review. I did not receive an additional 20 bars of Gold, instead YOU DELETED 20 Gold Bars from my account.
